You might think, after reading a few of my reviews, that the sale of cars and trucks are all that matter over here at Belleville Nissan. While it is important for us to find good homes for all these great Nissan vehicles it is just as important for us to service the car post-sale. Our General Manager, Steve Clark has been in the service side of the car business for over 25 years ? he knows his stuff. Wearing two hats ? Service Manager and GM ? comes easy for Steve. You'll figure our pretty quick when you meet him that Steve is a genuine people person. He actually cares.
If you have never been down to the dealership here ? on Millennium Drive in Belleville ? you owe it to yourself to do so. The facility is only a few years old and it still has that new sheen. It is clean and tidy and attractive in the glass and steel way with tons of natural light and bright surfaces.
When you bring your car in for service you will be greeted with a smile and whatever work is required will be performed promptly. There is a shuttle to take you to the mall or wherever and, in unique situations I have seen Steve give up his demonstrator for folks with a specific requirement that the shuttle cannot match.
In the winter you can simple pull up by the drive through and beep your horn ? someone will open the overhead door for you and you can pull in and out of the inclement weather. No hassle ? no cold wet feet.
Once inside there is a lounge with comfortable leather seating and a big screen TV for sports or news or Ellen. The coffee is on and the washrooms are spotless. Sit back and relax with a book or walk across the street and grab a bite to eat. Enjoy.
The other day a gentleman came in with a slight issue. He had had the oil changed on his Altima but he had had it done at a garage up north. WE do recommend that you service your Belleville Nissan here but we also understand that it may not be convenient every time ? no worries. However, in this case, the garage he had the oil changed at forgotten to re-set his oil change warning system. Well, when the gentleman arrived at our store it was lunchtime and all of our technicians were in the employee lounge upstairs.
No problem. I simply asked the techs how to reset the system. Within a minute one of them had put down his lunch and had joined me with the customer at the customers car. He fiddled with the computer system on the dash for a few seconds and that was that ? problem solved.
This is what customer service is all about ? don't leave the problem ? solve it!
