Two local businesses helped to supply Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward with a new animal transportation vehicle.

The new van was unveiled in front of supporters of the Humane Society on Monday.

The van, a 2020 Dodge Caravan, will help transport shelter animals to appointments.

Boyer Group and Signarama Quinte were able to supply the van.

HSHPE says the Boyer Group was able to locate a van perfect for their shelter’s needs with cargo space in the back for transporting animals for vet appointments and spay/neuter procedures.

Signarama produced and installed a wrap of the van, with HSHPE branding and images.
