Nissan Juke Review
Belleville | Kingston | Trenton
I often bemoan the lack of color in today's automotive marketplace. Well, today an Atomic Gold Juke pulled on to our lot here at Belleville Nissan. Perfect.
The Juke is a stand out car to begin with and the Atomic Gold just adds to the allure. Even the name 'Atomic Gold' reminds me of the old days when carmakers were hell bent on aligning their marks with the jet age. Now, the Juke has no wings or chrome and there is not a tail fin reaching toward the heavens but Atomic Gold is close enough for this century.
If you have never had the joy of driving a Juke I suggest you take the opportunity to do so. This is a fun little car – a Turbocharged Sport Cross. It comes in both front and all wheel drive configurations and in either manual or CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).
The Juke is a personal statement. There are so many variations and optional goodies that you can rest assured that your Juke will be unlike any other Juke in the parking lot at the local mall or on the beach out at Sandbanks. There is also tons of room and numerous storage areas to stash your lifestyle items.
In a small car like this you want to feel the road. Take a test drive down here at Belleville Nissan and you will notice right away that you do. If you are old enough to remember driving little British Sports cars the Juke will be a trip down memory lane. It has that feel. It also starts and runs in wet weather, which makes it handier than any antique MGB on the market.
The dashboard is not that much different than a smart phone. Tons of buttons and gadgets and information – all right at your fingertips. Fun for all you techno-freaks out there. You can even get a little gauge that tells you the maximum G-Force (yes, Atomic Gold indeed!).
The Juke is not for everyone. It was never intended to be. The Juke, however, may be for you. Give it a try and see.
My name is Dave Johnson and you have my word on this. Come on down and try one out today.
